Since January 1, I have lost 22 pounds. I have straightened out my eating habits and become more active (not active enough). It seems like such a long time to only lose that amount. I've become friends with my game room "Gym" again. It is nice to see that it no longer has an inch of dust on it.
What weighs 22 pounds that can help me to visualize exactly what I have lost?
Well, I am off to ride my recumbent bike.
