then,
why
do I
even bother
to try
to correct
their
error
on
MY
invoice
over the
phone
with a
CUSTOMER SERVICE
representative
since
everytime
I try to correct their
mistake,
it takes
an hour,
and gives me
a headache.
I think that
my hour
is worth more
than the
$19.99
error
I found
on their
invoice.
Shouldn't
THEY
be
PAYING
Me?
