Snow is falling.
We have had a blanket of white since Christmas.
Much of my youth involved snow.
My siblings and I grew up on skiis.
Our winter weekends revolved entirely around snow, skiing and the pure beauty of the mountains.
I am grateful to my parents for enabling us to have such wonderful winter memories.
I still am amazed by snow. The bigger the flakes the better.
I want to stay home tomorrow, sip tea and just watch the snow fall. They predict six inches by daybreak, with more to follow.
Enough for a snow day!
Enough for a snow day!
Daydreaming Desire
I am thankful for those memories.

Im in my jams right now watching the snow fall outside, reading about your memories made me appreciate the beauty of winter again;)
jammies are the bomb. Winter is pure, just like me
Sooooooooo pretty!
::: grumpy :::: not enough snow for a snow day. Good thing it is Friday!
My daydreaming desire would be that cabin too!!! Beautiful!
I love big wet snowflakes also! And I love being inside by the fire with a raging snowstorm outside.
We did get some snow here over the last couple days, but I'm sure it'll be gone by sunday. Oh well...
I have some great skiing memories. Really, they are the best memories that I have. They were the best years!
Beautiful pictures! Sounds perfectly wonderful. I grew up playing in the snow and I still like playing in it! :)
I'm here getting caught up on blog reading. Happy snowy Saturday!
I love snow. IF.. I can sit inside and admire it from the warmth and comfort of my couch. LOL!
I grew up in Colorado, but I'm a California native and never took to the snow. I've never been skiing, and reluctantly went sledding and inner tubing as a kid.
I'm a beach person at heart, but I'm sure if I ever move to the coast, I'll find myself missing the snow.
