We had a fantabulous weekend.
It all began around 7'ish on Friday when we hit our "Cheers". It is the place where everyone knows our name. It is not that the food is so good, or the drink, but the entertainment is great! The entertainment by the way is not on stage but in the joint, watching the patrons. We love it!
We hung around a lil' bit and headed home to bed. Old people need their rest.
Saturday morning I got up and made cuppycakes for the party. I was asked to bring something sweet so I made a batch of lemony zesty cuppycakes and put them on one of those cutesy cuppycake tiers. Voila', my contribution to a weekend blast!!!
We attended a weekend long summer bash at a wonderous home in a rural section of western Pennsylvania. We drank, swam, rode quads, shot off fireworks, had a continuous bonfire, watched movies all night on an outside screen and stuffed our faces. A lot of the guests pitched tents on the property Saturday night, but we slid back home to our bed to rest.
Bright and early today, we got up and went back for part II. We had such a nice time. It felt like a mini-vacation, and we truly enjoyed those we shared time with. I am sunburned and rested.
